Writing and research as a way of constructing, conceptualizing, and disseminating knowledge, makes an essential contribution to the professional and personal development of teacher educators. Thus, the aims of this channel are:
- to encourage and contribute to the creation of a knowledge base related to teacher education;
- to disseminate this knowledge via research reports, literature reviews, academically refereed books and journals for the benefit of teacher educators, pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, and other education professionals in the academic world;
- to serve as a significant stratum in teacher educators’ professional development and enhance their status as researchers and writers.
