In this context, the Internet is a rich field for studying sexual, sex-related and gender-related questions during adolescence in the digital era.
In this literature review we present the main digital contents related to gender, sex and sexuality available online, and their impacts on children, adolescents and young adults. We also examine the formal and non-formal institutions, which operate in this field in order to offer optimal sexual education opportunities for youth, as well as learning opportunities and venues for personal growth. The review discusses various digital contents: thinspiration and fitspiration contents, information on sex, gender and sexuality, sexting and pornography. The review focuses on the positive and negative implications of consuming these contents for children and youth in various contexts: the emotional, psychological, social, personal and health-related influences.

Abstract:
The current analytic review focus on teacher placement centers for pre-service teachers and novice teachers and presents the following practical models that may improve teacher placement: Selection model, pairing model, community-based model, retention model and high school recruitment model. Doing so, this review examines and presents the following aspects:
- Theoretical background of the field of teacher placement;
- Challenges and measures of teacher placement processes;
- Prominent teacher placement centers around the world;
- Teacher placement from the perspective of candidates and principals.
Teacher placement are divided by a financial model (Economic, governmental or academic), educational sector (Private, public, charter or religious), region, subject and age group. While looking for a job, teacher candidates usually use general employment agency, general employment online services, educational employment services, academic institutes websites, social networks and more. Most teacher placement centers operate according to a similar process, whereas the placement process is mainly managed and operated by the principal, as the placement services connect candidates to schools.

Abstract:
The simulation is a pedagogical tool used for practicing interpersonal communication skills, social-emotional learning skills, and management capabilities in real-based situations in a safe and controlled environment. The simulation enables professionals to deal with conflict and emergency situations, and to improve personal and professional self-efficacy. The simulation is used in many fields, such as: medicine and nursing, military, information technology and business administration, as a methodology to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Research on the role of simulation in the professional development of practitioners emphasizes the contribution of the tool to developing personal and professional skills and improving them. The simulation offers to practice decision-making processes in a safe environment, it contributes to defining standards of empathy, and assists in improving the interpersonal communication between colleagues. This literature review focuses on different models of simulation in education: clinical simulations based on human interpersonal interaction; computer-based simulations; and immersive simulations, which include digital and human interactions. The review studies the contribution of this tool to teacher education and examines the theoretical principles and frameworks that shape the implementation of the simulative tool, the advantages and challenges of practicing with simulations. Keywords: simulation in education, clinical simulation, immersive simulation, computer-based simulation, experimental learning, innovation.
